Men's manager Daren Pearce shares his thoughts after the Saturday draw with Banstead Athletic FC.

On Saturday, we hosted Banstead Athletic FC in our last Saturday home league match, and next week, Arundel will visit us midweek to conclude our home fixtures.

A pleasing performance was unfortunately not topped off by taking all 3 points after dominating the game especially the 2nd half. A little more composure in the final 3rd would of seen us add to our equaliser scored by Evan Harris and I'm sure we will play worse and win a game. What was pleasing for us was that we dominated large parts of the game against another competitive and physical side.

Our focus is on securing a spot in the playoffs, as it would be a significant accomplishment for our football club this season. Despite the strong competition, we are determined to continue our efforts to reach our goal.

The men travel over to Wick this evening in another difficult tie. Wick sit one place above the Blues having had an excellent season, but form has been inconsistent of late for The Wickers.
